Morpheus8 utilizes both radiofrequency energy and microneedling, although the gold-plated steel micro-pins are longer than those used in traditional microneedling-which means that they penetrate deeper for more effective results. These longer needles are able to perform deep adipose dermal remodeling, distributing the RF energy in depths of 2 millimeters, 3 millimeters, or 4 millimeters.
